I can attest to the fact that the team members go way beyond their mission. They started out just supplying food and treats to homeless and low income dogs, but now often provide temporary shelter, emergency medical care, booties (to protect from the hot pavement), strollers (for the injured or elderly), basic medical items, as well as spaying and neutering for those who cannot afford it. No dog should go hungry or untreated because the owner cannot afford it!
